Find a time that works for your friends

Friday or Saturday? Get an answer everyone can use.

A group chat is a good place to suggest dinner. It is a harder place to work out which evening actually works. Put the choices in one plan so replies stay attached to the right date.

  1. Start with the occasion

Type your idea and choose Find a time. Review the extracted details: Friday or Saturday means two choices, not a confirmed Friday reservation. You can add or correct time options yourself.

  2. Share the plan in the chat you already use

Send the event link to your friends. They can give their name, say whether they are interested, and answer which proposed times work without creating an account.

  3. Read interest and availability separately

Someone can like the idea but be unable to make Friday. Check the replies for each option rather than treating every In as available at every time. Flexible is not a definite yes.

  4. Choose a time and confirm the details

Select the option that works, check the location, and confirm when the plan is actually settled. A proposed date or a reply deadline does not book anything for you.

Questions before you start

Do my friends need accounts?

Not to reply through a shared event link. An account lets someone keep the plan for later. Joining the organiser's group is a separate choice and may require an invitation or approval.

What if we only know a week or month?

Keep it flexible. A loose time window is not an appointment. Add specific choices when you know enough, and review any suggested dates before saving.
